We are currently seeking two compassionate, reliable, mature individuals to join our team. Part-Full Time Sales Associate/Fitting Specialists for each of our Barrie & Collingwood locations. We are looking to fill 2-4 days during the week as well as a few Saturdays every month.

Bra Fitting Specialist

Locations: Barrie (Commerce Park Dr) & Collingwood (Hurontario St) 

[positions are available at each location, and do not require you to work at both locations]

Job Type: 2-5 days a week including two Saturdays a month

As a Bra Fitting Specialist at Brabary, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring our clients find the perfect fit and feel confident in their lingerie and swimwear choices. We are looking for individuals with a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Fittings: Conduct professional bra fittings for customers, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and expert advice.
2. Customer Consultation: Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products based on size, style, and comfort.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of our product range, including materials, features, and benefits, to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
4. Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships through friendly and respectful interactions, fostering trust and loyalty.
5. Maintain Store Standards: Ensure fitting rooms and display areas are clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate sizes and styles.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to team goals.
7. Sales and Upselling: Meet or exceed sales targets by recommending additional items or accessories that complement the customer’s selection.
8. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and potential improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with a preference for experience in lingerie or apparel fitting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess customer needs.
• Knowledge of bra sizing and fitting techniques preferred; willingness to undergo training as necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in fashion retailing or related fields is a plus.
