Currently, Brabary is shipping orders within Canada only. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow for 2-4 business days for your order to be mailed out, depending on stock availability. No orders are processed during the weekend and holidays.

The delivery estimates are determined by Canada Post and can change without notice.

Please note that Brabary offers a shipping charge of $15 for all orders. Orders over $200 shipping is complimentary. All shipping charges for initial purchases are non-refundable, exceptions only if Brabary has made an error in order processing or shipping. Brabary is not responsible for duties and/or taxes.

Return/Exchange Policy  

Holiday Return Policy 2024  

Eligible items discounted less than 15% purchased after November 15th are applicable for exchange or store credit until Jan 4th, 2025 if marked as a gift. All items 25% off or more are final sale.

 

In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We will exchange or provide a store credit for eligible products within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Please note, Brabary does not offer refunds - exchange or store credit only.

In order to be eligible for exchange, garments must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and a copy of the original receipt or gift receipt. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of strapless bras, panties, hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear, any adhesive products, etc. 

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted.

We will exchange eligible items in store or by mail within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the return postage is your responsibility. Brabary is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning.
